Tasha is trained in Sivananda Hatha Yoga, completing her 200 hours at the Sivananda London Centre.  Originally from Toms River, she has traveled extensively through Europe and Asia, teaching at retreat centers, hotels, organic farms, and many pop-up outdoor yoga events in her travels.  She also teaches Vinyasa and yin yoga, meditations, and pranayama.  Tasha's favorite travel destinations are Nepal and Laos, as she adores mountains, trekking, dal bhat, fruit shakes, compassion, kindness, love and strength!
