Julie Albert, e-RYT200, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider), Certified certified holistic health coach, massage therapist.

Julie is a 200 hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher through Align and Flow, e-RYT200 and YACEP.  She is also a certified holistic health coach and massage therapist.  She has a well-rounded understanding of how to incorporate natural healing through self-care into one's lifestyle.  Julie has been active most of her life but began practicing yoga after a hip injury from running left her to find other ways to get exercise.  After going to her first yoga class in 2008, she thought it was so difficult she didn't return for a year.  She felt it was hard to focus her mind and even though she was very active, balancing was so difficult.  She decided to give it another try in 2009 and found a steady hot yoga practice that was challenging but relaxing, joyful, and meditative at the same time.  That is when her love for yoga truly began.  Julie has a great sense of humor and it reflects in her classes which are always playful and fun.  They are great for people who like to stay active no matter what age.  You will walk away feeling balanced in mind, body, and spirit.
