Kishori is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She came to yoga in 2012 as an act of self care after giving birth to her first child and she instantly fell in love with the philosophy. Reading and studying mindfulness since 2014 combined with a regular asana practice she made yoga a way of life. Going deeper into the practice and philosophy of yoga it became a journey of mental healing and transformation. Kishori's passion is to bring yoga and her knowledge to those in search of healing and awareness of self. She is eternally grateful for her teachers, teacher's teachers, and what she learns from her students.
