I started practicing yoga seven years ago. My body was sore and tight from exercise. I was also losing my balance and flexibility. From the very first class, I was intrigued, what was going on here? My body felt looser my mind was somehow freer and spirit was renewed. My journey had began. It continues, to grow every time I'm on my mat. I have learned yoga is a practice everyone will benefit from every age, every body, and every ability. I am so grateful for those stiff sore muscles years ago!
